Account deletion
You can delete your Larky account yourself, in the app. If you no longer have the app installed, a single e-mail is enough — see below.
Fastest: in the app
- Open Larky and go to the Account tab.
- Scroll to the bottom, to the Danger zone section.
- Choose Delete account and confirm twice.
The account disappears immediately and irreversibly.
No longer have the app?
Write to the address above with the subject "Larky account deletion". So that we can find the account, include the e-mail address of the Google account linked to Larky, or the account identifier shown in the app on the "Linked with Google" card (if you noted it down).
We delete accounts within 30 days of the request at the latest, usually much sooner. We send confirmation to the same address.
What exactly gets deleted
Everything we hold in the cloud, immediately:
- the account and the Google sign-in linked to it,
- the wake-up streak with its date history and earned badges,
- achievements, mission counters and best times,
- sleep history from the "Going to sleep" mode,
- mission templates you published and the votes you cast.
What stays, and why
Data on your phone — alarms, photos, codes, session history and settings — is not stored by us and does not disappear when the account is deleted. You remove it by uninstalling the app or clearing its data in the Android settings.
PRO plan purchases — they belong to your Google account in the Play Store and are handled by RevenueCat, separately from your Larky account. Deleting the account does not cover them: a purchased plan stays, and a subscription keeps renewing until you cancel it in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions). We keep no backups of your data after the account is deleted.
